Planning an authentic and fun event comes with a lot of questions, logistics and decisions to be made! We will help you navigate through the planning process to create a wedding experience that reflects exactly who you are. Our process begins with sourcing vendors that fit your personalities and desires. We then create a customized design concept packet for each client to maintain a cohesive look throughout each element of the event – including event details, color pallet, mood and inspiration images. We also assist with all event logistics, developing your menu, creating an event that flows naturally, product sourcing and everything in between – We are all about the details!

Partial Wedding Coordination

When your big day finally arrives you don’t want to be worried about vendors arriving on time, who’s going to send the bridal party down the aisle or take the gifts from the church to the reception. There are thousands of details that go into executing an event smoothly and with grace. Let Events by Monaique be there to field all the questions, execute all the details, and trouble shoot the issues that will inevitably arise! We will prepare a detailed timeline for all vendors, lead rehearsal so everyone is comfortable and ready to play their roles on wedding day, facilitate execution of your overall design concept and manage the flow of event day. We are your advocate - Our goal is to make your day unforgettable and stress free! Our team will be overjoyed to help you with your month-of coordination needs! Service begins 3 - 5 months prior to event date.
