My wedding included 200 guests at the Four Seasons Hotel in Palo Alto. Although the hotel had a fantastic event coordinator on site already, Monaique was such a big help in offering her insight and assisting me with each and every detail that would randomly pop up, from design consultation to vendor negotiation. Right from the beginning, she totally made me feel comfortable and confident in her work. She was always ready and and very attentive to my high-maintenance needs :) Monaique developed an in-depth and detailed timeline that incorporated her realistic and trusted experience and insight that really provided me with a better idea of how the big day was going to be like. And, on the actual big day, if it wasn't for her I would have been completely off track with all the things we had to get done (i.e. Taking pictures with each table, cake cutting, etc). I would absolutely recommend her for planning your next major event!

Monaique was my partial and day-of wedding coordinator for my SF wedding. We only met in person 5 days before my wedding day and have just been talking on the phone for months before our event. So that already shows the trust I have on her! She has this innate characteristic that just relaxes, calms and reassures me that everything would be fine for the wedding. This is one of the most important things for me (and the one trait I love most about her) as I was planning the wedding from Texas and constantly in panic the last months before wedding! She helped me finalize and negotiate our contract for the flowers just a few months before the wedding, which was a very big deal. And I was not disappointed. She went beyond her duties by lending her beautiful dessert bar platters, AND also arranging our dessert buffet that completed the look of our reception and it was all so elegant and pretty! She helped coordinate all the vendor set ups and the final look and arrangements at the reception and also helped manage our timeline. And she was constantly looking out for me and asking me what I needed during the reception. It was such a personalized, genuine and caring service. I would work with her again and we highly recommend her for any event you may have.

Monaique was incredible, professional, sweet and made all the difference on our special day. She was on time when we first met, helped us with our day of timeline, contacted our vendors, and then followed through on the day working 14 hours and including personal touches like a survival kit on the wedding day and macaroons when we first met. She handled the day with poise and when issues came up while a bit nervous she made everything work to the best of her ability. I am a type A personality and was nervous to hire anyone other than myself as a day of coordinator but Monaique exceeded my expectations and I would recommend her to ANYONE getting married or having an event. She is a GEM!

I decided to put a last minute that I wanted a day-of coordinator. I was uber stressed and felt a bit in over my head at this point because even as organized and detailed of a person I am (which I am).. my venue coordinator wasn't reading the details/instructions I had already provided them with etc. Anywho! In comes Monaique! She responds within 15 minutes of my posting along with a variety of others but she has great reviews. Next thing you know I am in the car running errands and decide she is the one - we call, chat, we meet the very same day! I handed over all of my info, she read through, contacted my other vendors to introduce herself and expertly executed my vision on the day-of! If you need someone - this is your gal.
She is a genuinely good-hearted person who is willing to help as much or as little as needed! Very professional, very easygoing and she knows what she's doing! Would definitely hire again for events in the future!

I was so happy to have Monaique on my side as we planned our wedding. We hired her as our day of coordinator, but I would say that she certainly went well above and beyond that role. She was always open to meetings and provided helpful advice and a sounding board for my ideas. Leading up to our wedding Monaique answered a lot of our questions and kept us on track, and our big meeting before the wedding helped us get organized and focused on what needed to get done. The Day Of she was incredible, always anticipating what we needed before we realized, answering all the bridal party and parents questions with definitive answers (in a nice way), and keeping us fully on schedule without us even realizing it, so my fiance and I could really enjoy every minute of our wedding.
